Karma Akabane

When he was in the main building, due to the betrayal of his most-trusted homeroom teacher, he began to hate all people who called themselves 'teachers' and as a result has almost zero respect for any adults. He is shown to be skilled in fighting, tricky, and manipulative, and takes great pleasure in harming others. He excels at using weaponry and foul play and is one of the few students thus far to have successfully injured Korosensei. Karma has been described by Karasuma as "at first glance, he comes across as being a lazy sort, but... there's a strong sense of mischief in his eyes." Karma is quite relaxed most of the time as he occasionally skips out on things he finds boring, such as the school assembly. When fighting, he becomes brutal and has no qualms of hurting people who threatens him or any of his friends from Class E. It is also shown that he is one of the most intelligent people in the entire school, shown to be ranked 4th out of all 186 students in Kunigigaoka. He does not, however, want to return to the main building, stating that he finds assassination much more interesting. Regardless of his lazy personality, Itona has stated that Karma was probably the strongest within the class despite him not excelling in any particular area (shooting, knifework, etc). Most likely this means that Karma prefers to stick to tricks and pranks for assassinations rather than going into full-out combat, and also because of a certain "vision" Itona described to Terasaka. It has been mentioned by Karasuma, and proven many times, that Karma likes to humiliate his opponent. Despite all this, Karma actually has good morales behind his motives. The reason he was placed in Class E was because he had rescued a senior from Class E being bullied by students from the main building. He was, unlike his classmates, unprejudiced against them and still considered the senior a 'senpai'. He's also shown to be hardworking when he wants to by studying diligently after the embarrassing exam arc although he hides it by making it look like he was playing video games. Hinano Kurahashi

Class seat number: 10 Hinano is a student in Korosensei's class. Her 'niche' is her knowledge of nature and animals, especially beetles.

Nagisa Shiota

Age: 14-15 Birthday: July 20 Height: 159 cm Weight: 48 kg Abilities: assassination, people reading Favorite subject: English Least favorite subject: science Favorite food: sushi Hobby: researching Class seat number: 11 He is one of students in Class 3-E. Nagisa is seen as one of the weakest students in the class due to his small stature and mediocre physical abilities that are comparable to some of the girls in the class. However, he is actually the most talented to become an assassin out of all the students, something that acknowledged by Korosensei and Karasuma. He is able to draw closer while hiding his bloodlust to make a surprise attack and able to make his opponents falter through his bloodlust alone. Nagisa usually writes Korosensei's weaknesses that at first seem minor (since it doesn't look like major weaknesses), but eventually revealed to be useful since once they're able to almost kill Korosensei because of one of his weaknesses that is the same as the one that Nagisa has written down in his note. Outwardly friendly and polite to his friends and everyone, he hides a somewhat darker side of him as an assassin that won't be able to be found out during daily classes and will only shown during training and assassination time. According to Karasuma, whenever Nagisa unleashes his killing intent, he isn't training and truly goes for a kill.

Hiroto Maehara

Class seat number: 22 A student from class E who's notorious for being a ladies' man and is close friends with Isogai. He excels at knife work after Isogai and is one of the best students in terms of mobility.

Rio Nakamura

Class seat number: 17 A student in Class 3-E at Kunugigaoka Junior High School. She excels in the English subject, having scored 1st on the English test in the Term Finals. Alongside Akabane Karma, she teases Nagisa Shiota on his feminine appearance.

Kaede Kayano

Birthday: January 9 Height: 146 cm Abilities: assassination, acting Favorite subject: Japanese Least favorite subject: Physical Education Favorite food: pudding Hobby: karaoke-scoring Class seat number: 7 She is one of Nagisa's classmates and close friends, being the one who is mostly seen with him. She hasn't shown any capabilities during her training to become an assassin, and so far has only been shown to discuss Korosensei's weaknesses along with Nagisa. She experiences a slight inferiority complex when it comes to sex appeal, resulting in her to get angry whenever there's a woman with big breasts and readily protest.

Irina Jelavić

Birthday: October 10 Age: 20 Height: 170 cm Weight: 50 kg Occupation: professional hitman, part-time foreign language teacher BWH: 97-60-91 She is a professional hitwoman who is hired to kill Korosensei by becoming a part-time foreign language teacher in class 3-E. She uses her charms to seduce Korosensei, making him at first obeys to whatever she asks. However, her first assassination attempt was foiled when Korosensei able to suppressed her 3-men's attacks, ending in her humiliation and swore revenge. She teaches the students how to seduce people from other countries, so that with this method, they can learn foreign languages, and usually would punish male students who failed answering her questions during her lesson by kissing them. Irina is a deceitful, wily and beguiling individual; she frequently uses her charm to influence and manipulate her targets. She can easily befriend people, if she so chooses, and entice them to let down their defenses and become vulnerable to her.Seduction is primarily the technique she employs, and it is her area of expertise. Irina is a professional assassin who excels at handling infiltration and approaching targets. She possesses strong conversational skills in ten languages, and a proven track record of eleven jobs in countries all over the world.She boasts of her own capability and greatness—she has passionately stated that others in the same room as her should be grateful.Irina looks down on others, especially kids, who she believes are not commensurate to her excellence in performance.Her haughtiness is often considered detestable, and she particularly clashes with the students of Class 3-E. However, when enlightened of the necessity to work together with the students and the significance of them, she corrects her condescension, and learns to be more humble. She's nicknamed Bitch-nee-san by her students since she's prohibited them to call her by her first name and later became Bitch-sensei after her students has acknowledged her as their teacher (note that she got her nickname "-bitch" from the end of her last name "Jela-vic". Since Japanese often pronounce "V" as "B", hence -vic become -bic/-bitch).

Tadaomi Karasuma

Affiliation: Ministry of Defense; Japanese Government; Class 3-E Occupation: Government Worker, Assistant Teacher and PE instructor Base of Operations: Kunugigaoka Junior High School He is a government worker associated with Ministry of Defense. He first appeared announcing Korosensei's deal with the government and their mission to assassinate him before the end of the year. He later became the assistant teacher and P.E. instructor of class 3-E to train the students. He is well known amongst militaries for his outstanding reputation and is a powerful individual, which he has proven when he easily overpowered Irina's master, who is a retired professional hitman, and even Korosensei himself is afraid upon seeing his capability for the first time. He is strict, but kind man, though he keeps a distance between himself and the students due to his status as an agent and his own professionalism. He is one of a few who is very perceptive enough to see Nagisa's talent as an assassin. He seems to know Korosensei's past, though he has no intention to indulge into it further.

Koro-sensei

Koro-sensei is a teacher for class 3-E of Kunugigaoka Junior High School and the main antihero of Ansatsu Kyoushitsu. He was responsible for carving out a large chunk of the moon to become a permanent crescent moon and plans to destroy the earth after teaching class 3-E for a year. His name comes from Korosenai (殺せない) means "cannot be killed" and sensei, means teacher. Literally, his name means unkillable teacher.
